These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji lav platform and all services associated with it. Here, "Site" refers to the bajilav.cam website and mobile application, "Service" refers to all betting and casino services provided on the Site, and "User" refers to each registered account holder.

These Terms are legally binding and come into effect upon use of any part of the Site. The Site's services may only be used for personal entertainment — placing bets on behalf of any commercial entity or third party is not permitted.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens more than one account, baji lav reserves the right to suspend both or all such accounts, and any accrued bonuses may be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep the contact information provided at registration up to date at all times. Any changes must be reported to the support team. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.3 Login Credential Security

Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for any activity that results from login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

All services on baji lav are strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. Use of the Site or operation of an account by or on behalf of any underage person is strictly prohibited.

Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily restricted. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that underage individuals do not access this site.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the relevant balance may be forfeited and the account closed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 is available on the first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, it must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is a real-money reward — it is not direct cash.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• baji lav reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer.

On the baji lav platform, all bets placed on sports betting, live casino, slots and other games are settled according to the rules of the relevant game or match.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

If a match or event is cancelled, incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, or any discrepancy is detected in the system, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Results for all sports events including cricket and football are verified from official sources before settlement. Results are announced within a set time after the match ends. For multi-bets, if even one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is considered lost.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino and slot games are operated according to the rules of the relevant software provider. RTP and payout information for each game is available in the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji lav platform:

• Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Registering under multiple identities to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Placing bets through fraudulent means or using automated software.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to steal their information.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to manipulate the betting system.

If a bet is cancelled due to a system outage or communication failure, baji lav accepts responsibility only for returning the original stake. baji lav is not liable for loss of potential winnings or any indirect or consequential losses.

9.1 Third-Party Services

Games and payment methods operated on baji lav are run by third-party providers. baji lav does not bear direct responsibility for any failures in those providers' services, but we are committed to assisting in resolving any issues.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be permanently deactivated after any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

10.1 Closure by baji lav

baji lav may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Extended period of inactivity.

In the event of account closure, baji lav will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible, but immediate action may be taken in cases of Terms violations.
